End User License Agreement

Clore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

• You may need to create an account to use the App.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The App allows messaging between users. You agree to use it responsibly.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users;
• Send spam or commercial messages;
• Impersonate others;
• Share unlawful, obscene, or harmful content;
• Violate any laws or regulations.

Clore can monitor, moderate, or remove content that violates this Agreement.

• You retain ownership of any content you post or share.
• By sharing content, you grant Clore a limited license to display, store, and transmit it solely for operating and promoting the App.
• You are responsible for the content you share and its consequences.

Your use of Clore is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to how we collect, use, and share your information.

• Clore may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.
• Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
• Clore does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Use the App at your own risk.

Clore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from interactions with other users.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Clore may update this Agreement. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use means you accept the updated Agreement.
