Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 June 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Clore, a fashion discovery platform operated from the Netherlands.

By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any of our related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

By using Clore, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have parental or guardian permission to use the Platform.

3. What Clore Is

Clore helps you discover clothing from independent stores through aesthetic worlds and personalised recommendations. When you choose to buy a product, the purchase takes place on the partner store's own website. Clore is not a party to that transaction: the store is responsible for pricing, payment, shipping, returns, and customer service for your order.

Product information shown on the Platform (including prices and availability) is supplied by partner stores and may change or contain inaccuracies; the store's own listing is always authoritative.

4. Your Account

You can browse as a guest or create an account with your email address or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by contacting us at hitesh@clore.app.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Clore only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, brand designs, images, text, and code, is owned by Clore or by our partner stores and brands.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without written permission. Brand and product imagery remains the property of each respective brand.

7. Platform Availability and Changes

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, product availability, platform performance, or the accuracy or completeness of content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clore shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform, or from purchases made on partner stores' websites.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
